First Visit
Whether your first visit is for a new baby or you are bringing your older children to our practice, please take the time to fill out our new patient forms. Also be sure to bring your current insurance card with you. This will help us expedite your insurance verification and help us get you seen as quickly as possible.

If you are an expecting mother, there is no need to pre-register with our office. Simply notify the hospital staff upon your arrival that you would like your newborn to be seen by Kathleen Ennabi Pediatrics and one of our pediatricians will see you when they do rounds within 24 hours of your delivery.
After you and your baby are discharged from the hospital we would like to see the newborn in our office within the first week for an initial visit.
Babies born at other local hospitals should be followed by the hospitalists or we would be happy to recommend a pediatrician that could care for them until their release.
